THE RIGDON HOUSE POLICIES

The Rigdon House provides a warm and welcoming experience for all of our guests. 

  • This is a non-smoking property. 

Pet Policy 

  • The Rigdon House welcomes dogs, but cannot accommodate other pets such as cats, birds, or exotics.

  • There is a $40.00 pet fee, excluding ADA compliant Service Dogs, per stay.  There is a two dog limit.

  • Dogs must never be left unattended in the room or anywhere on property at any time, whether or not the dog is crated.

  • Dogs must be leashed and under direct restraint at all times outside your room and/or on hotel property.

  • There is a $300.00 cleaning fee, determined solely by management, for a room left in an unsatisfactory condition.

  • You are required to clean up after your pets on both hotel property and the surrounding area.

Cancellation Policy

  • All guests are charged in full 5 days (120 hours)  prior to arrival.

  • If a guest cancels within our 5 day window, the guest will be charged the full reservation total. 

  • All guest's can cancel or modify a reservation before the specified 5 days with no charge.

  • We please ask that you be courteous with your cancellations as we are a very small property and cancellations affect us greatly.
